Saving lives through T-N-R
Our mission is to provide resources, education, and programs to eliminate the overpopulation of feral and stray cats in our community of O'neill Ne and surrounding small villages.
Our main focus is TNR.
We envision a community that humanely manages community cats, and supports us in our future goals.
We are a 501c3 designated charity.

What Is T-N-R?
It is the humane, effective, and widely accepted method for managing outdoor and feral cat populations.
We are interested in changing the world for the better
Why TNR Matters
✔ Stops the cycle of overpopulationSpaying and neutering prevents thousands of unwanted litters from being born.
✔ Reduces nuisance behaviorsOnce sterilized, cats become less territorial, less noisy, and are less likely to roam or spray.
✔ Improves colony healthHealthy, vaccinated cats live safer, more stable lives outdoors.
✔ Protects wildlifeBy stabilizing and reducing colony numbers over time, TNR helps minimize wildlife predation.
✔ Is globally recognized as best practiceTNR is recommended by ASPCA, HSUS, AAHA, NACA, and hundreds of animal welfare organizations across the U.S.

Trap
Humane live traps are set up in designated areas the evening before "trap day". They are "baited" with wet cat food to lure them in.
Neuter
The next morning traps are checked and the cats are transported to the veternarian to be fixed and vaccinated and ear tipped.
Return
Once the cats recover from their surgery, we return them back to the same place they were trapped, and they are released.
Our Partnership With Shamrock Veterinary Clinic
ICFF partners with Shamrock Vet Clinic for spay/neuter and rabies services. Adopters receive a voucher for these procedures when they adopt through us. If an adopter uses a different veterinarian, proof of spay/neuter and rabies vaccination must be provided within the required timeframe.
What have we achieved since our existence?
Our TNR Footprint
Since our foundation's inception, we have successfully trapped and provided care for over (10,000) stray cats in need. Each of these cats has been given a second chance at life, thanks to the efforts of our dedicated team and the support of the communities we serve.
Your generosity in action
Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, we have received a multitude in donations, which directly contribute to our TNR efforts.
